■企画概要 / Plan outline
日本IBM株式会社の及川政志様（ABS2011年修了）、AOHUBの福田徹様（ABS2010年修了）をはじめとする、青山ビジネススクール出身の方々と経営学部のSBSL生によるトークセッションを実施する。
学生目線で「障害者雇用」や「インクルージョン」の現状と課題から実現性のある解決策を模索し、明日から包摂的な社会にするために何が出来るのかを考える。
議論の様子をzoomにて発信し、オブザーバーと意見交換をしながら、皆が主体的に行動変容をしていくきっかけづくりをすることが目標である。
〈当日の流れ（予定）〉
障害のある学生向けにIBMが実施している長期インターンシップ・プログラム「Access Blue」を紹介していただく。

その後、SBSL生より「多様な人材が、将来ビジネスで活躍できる専門性を身に着けるために、大学や健常者の学生ができること」についての考察を発表する。

発表を踏まえ、企業が多様な人材を採用・育成することが、なぜビジネス成長やイノベーション創出の必須要素となるのかについてディスカッションを行う。
Talk sessions will be held by SBSL students, and graduates from Aoyama Business School including Oikawa Masashi of “IBM Japan, Ltd.”.
From the perspective of the students, we will explore feasible solutions to the current situations and issues of “employment of people with disabilities” and “inclusion”, considering what we can do to make tomorrow’s society more inclusive.
By transmitting the discussions via Zoom, the goal is to provide opportunities for everyone to take the initiative in behavioral change while communicating and exchanging opinions with observers.

Introduction to IBM’s Access Blue long-term internship program for students with disabilities.

SBSL students will present their thoughts and ideas on “what universities and able-bodied students can do to enable diverse human resources to acquire specialized skills that can play an active role in their businesses in the future.”

Based on the presentations, discussions will be held on why the recruitment and training of diverse human resources by enterprises is an essential element of both business growth and innovation creation.
